Crosby’s is seeking a results-driven Team Leader to oversee daily store operations in Minnesota. You will lead a high-energy team, ensure top customer service, manage inventory and cash handling, and drive profitability in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of fast food/retail management experience
• Valid Driver’s license
• Reliable transportation for position requirements (e.g., meetings, banking)
• Serve Safe certification, preferred
• Ability to utilize basic business math and accounting skills, computer skills and strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Possess strong supervisory and organizational skills
• Must be able to work all shifts - weekends and holidays based on business needs; this position requires a minimum of 46 hours per week
