Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Execute business plans to drive sales and achieve financial goals.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and reporting to identify growth and cost control opportunities.
• Create a positive work environment by building trust, recognizing achievements, and encouraging open communication.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, and provide ongoing coaching and performance management.
• Maintain high standards of coffee bar operations, cleanliness, product quality, staffing, and compliance with safety and labor laws.
• Utilize Peet’s tools to schedule and deploy staffing to meet productivity, speed, and service goals.
• Demonstrate sound judgement, change management, problem-solving, and de-escalation skills in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 3 years of management/supervisory experience in the service or food industry, or equivalent related experience.
• Open availability for a 40‑hour work week and flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Legal eligibility to work in the country where the position is located and age 18 or older.
• Ability to comply with Peet’s Employment of Minors policies and supervise minors as required.
• Physical ability to perform required tasks during the shift.
