Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving financial and operational goals by driving sales and leading the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Use reporting and feedback tools to inform decisions, track progress toward goals, and identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Create and support a positive team culture through active coaching, effective communication, and sound judgment, fostering camaraderie and supporting employee retention.
• Contribute to employee development by providing regular coaching and feedback, and recognize and respond to performance issues.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and ensuring appropriate staffing levels to maintain coverage and performance.
• Assist in managing daily coffee bar operations, including inventory control, cash handling, cleanliness, and compliance with safety and labor standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least two years of management or supervisory experience within the service or food industry, or equivalent experience and related training.
• Open availability and adherence to management scheduling guidelines while working 40 hours per week.
• Ability to work various hours, schedules, early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Compliance with Peet's Employment of Minors policies and ability to supervise and work with minors.
• Legal eligibility to work in the country where the position is located.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Capacity to perform various physical tasks during the work shift.
