Job summary

Palm Beach Tan - Old Trinity Management Company in Longview, TX is seeking an outgoing, helpful leader to represent our brand and support customers across tanning, skincare, and wellness services. This role combines customer service excellence with sales leadership.

You will manage daily salon operations, lead a team, hire and retain staff, and drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals while maintaining a welcoming, organized environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven customer experience and leadership experience.
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, upbeat customer service.
• Consult with and educate customers on premium skincare, tanning, and wellness services.
• Meet, exceed, and track daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment.
• Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities.
• Manage day-to-day salon operations including labor, staffing, development, and retention.
