Pay Range:

$90,000 - $120,000 / year

What You Will Do:

The Store Manager drives our business, challenging your sales skills and offering substantial financial rewards while mentoring others. We seek talented leaders committed to success.

• Lead daily sales team performance and targets
• Build relationships with existing customers to meet sales and active customer goals
• Coach team members to deliver consistent customer care
• Oversee operational targets and monitor performance
• Handle escalated customer service issues
• Execute Store Operational Excellence (SOE)

The Perfect Match:

• Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (not required)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• 2 or 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
• Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams
• High integrity and ethical standards
• Ability to build customer relationships
