Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Experience to perform the essential duties and working conditions described.
• Ability to supervise and train for use of equipment listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Ability to use computer, analyze reports, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to/from bank and meetings.
• Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to provide excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, and well kept.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and maintain site image.
• Implement non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training, counseling and separation of employees.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers.
• Promote and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback.
• Train employees on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Establish timely internal communications with staff and management.
