Job summary

Lids Sports Group is seeking a Store Manager in Fredericksburg, VA to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will supervise staff, manage scheduling, training, and performance, and uphold our standards across product, inventory, and merchandising.

As part of the district, you will report to the District Sales Manager and help maintain store presence, collections with embroidery, and promote Lids membership programs.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory and managerial experience.
• Ability to drive sales and minimize loss.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel overnight for training.
• Ability to work flexible days and hours.
• Experience in retail management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store hiring, recruitment, turnover and leaves.
• Onboard and train new team members.
• Coach and recognize team to support growth and performance.
• Drive selling strategy to meet KPIs and deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure scheduling and payroll compliance and district directives.
• Maintain inventory integrity and backroom organization.
• Oversee visual merchandising and product presentation.
• Report to District Sales Manager and support store operations.
