Qualificações

• The minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales is preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff using company procedures.
• Ability to supervise and manage store functions as described in CSR/ASM duties.
• Proficient computer usage for reports, inventory, and cash control.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to meetings.
• English communication skills (oral and written).

• Supervise merchandise stocking, display, and pricing.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits and forecast budgeting.
• Safeguard cash handling and financial transactions.
