Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service across one or more Check 'N Go, Allied Cash, or Cash Store locations.

You will manage staff, handle cash procedures, meet security standards, train teams, and collaborate with the District Director of Operations to achieve district targets.

This on-site role requires at least a high school diploma, 2+ years in sales and cash handling, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask and lead store operations.
• Must have own reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on product options meeting their needs.
• Interact with customers using active listening to clarify information and resolve complaints.
• Escalate unresolved issues to District Director of Operations or Corporate Office.
• Respond professionally to general questions, applications, requests, sales, and collections in compliance with regulations.
• Handle currency, cash, and coins; manage cash drawer and deposits.
• Balance batch receipts with sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications to validate information.
• Process transactions (loans, check cashing, Net Spend) per policy.
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company procedures.
• Complete compliance trainings and quarterly I Agree timely.
• Coordinate operations and training to achieve metric targets.
• Maintain store staff schedules and cover other stores as needed.
• Support staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales culture.
• Assist in recruiting, selection, and onboarding of Assistant Store Managers.
• Other duties as assigned.
