Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and implementation of store processes, including ordering, receiving, stocking, presentation, selling, staffing and support.
• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees according to laws and company policies; ensure proper staffing.
• Provide training, conduct performance evaluations, and counsel or terminate as needed.
• Communicate performance and safety expectations; coordinate meetings to reinforce policies.
• Ensure store is opened and closed properly each day.
• Drive in-stock levels and manage inventory, including cycle counts and replenishment.
