Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting documents and procedures.

• Experience with IBM cash registers and report generation.

Responsabilités

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with store merchandising through staging, stocking and pricing.
• Assist in all aspects of inventory management and reporting.
• Follow ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide customer service leadership and train staff.
• Open and close store; ensure safe deposit of funds.
• Maintain cash accountability and security practices.
• Ensure clean, well-stocked stores and safe environment.
• Operate store in manager's absence.
• Review sales and inventory trends to identify opportunities.
