Job summary

Bealls Guymon is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic, guest-focused team in a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires coaching, talent development, and the ability to drive sales while maintaining brand standards and operational excellence.

You will recruit, develop, and retain staff, manage schedules, and implement store merchandising and imaging consistent with Bealls’ customer-first approach. A High School diploma is required; leadership experience a must.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 2–3 yrs minimum of management experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work varied hours including mid shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coach, evaluate, and retain management and associate talent.
• Drive total store sales and profitability, focusing on guest experience.
• Lead a guest-centric culture and promote loyalty programs.
• Ensure merchandising direction, product flow, and signage align with brand standards.
• Supervise operational accuracy, scheduling, and process adherence.
