Job summary

LoveShackFancy in Aspen seeks a Store Manager to be the brand ambassador, lead the boutique, coach staff, grow the client base, and balance strategic, operational, and leadership excellence with an authentic approach.

You will create transformational customer experiences, maintain the brand aesthetic across the store, oversee inventory and visuals, recruit and develop talent, and partner with Corporate to align assortment and initiatives that drive growth.

Qualifications
