Jimmy John's is hiring a Store Manager to lead daily store operations with energy and care. You will oversee staffing, training, scheduling, and safety compliance while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

This role includes paid training, health and dental insurance, and an employee discount. Travel for training week is required after six months, with pay scaling based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work 8–10 hour shifts, including weekends.
• On-site availability required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations with attention to detail.
• Manage stock, staff, and sales to maximize productivity.
• Recruit, train, and appraise staff to build a motivated team.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints.

• Prepare promotional displays and liaise with management.

• Attend certified training after 6 months (travel required).
