Job summary

Jimmy John's is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager. The role focuses on ensuring exceptional store order, smooth duties, and leading by example with integrity.

You will manage service quality, supervise crew, prepare labor schedules, and support a strong, customer-satisfaction driven team. The position offers training, growth opportunities, and potential for bonuses.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of QSR experience, managerial experience preferred.
• Able to work up to 40 hour week (or more as needed).
• Excellent communication, management/leadership and organizational skills.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation; ability to handle fast-paced and high-stress situations in the store.

Responsibilities

• Exceeding customer expectations in regards to service and store cleanliness.
• Supervising all financial aspects of food cost and labor goals for the shift and measured periods.
• Preparing and following labor schedules and product projections.
• Training, supervising, and motivating crew members.
• Preparations of products and maintaining quality to meet Jimmy John's brand standards.
• Monitoring and use of all store service equipment.
