Job summary

Jimmy John's seeks an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing in-store operations and back-of-house processes. You will demonstrate enthusiasm, drive, and a positive attitude while implementing systems with integrity.

Responsibilities include leading prep, handling rushes, training new staff, and conducting weekly inventory and paperwork audits. You will communicate needs to the GM and help maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 35 hours per week
• At least 18 years of age
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the store
• Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision
• Ability to key close (or key open based on store needs)
