You will participate in a structured leadership training program, with a pathway toward General Manager (GM) after program completion and a GM certification course. Growth opportunities are strong within a values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Serve Safe certification preferred.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius from home.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, train, and supervise associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience standards.
• Lead the store through training programs and progression toward General Manager via GM development path.
