Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a Panda Express location in Oregon. You will hire, coach, and direct team members to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role includes a comprehensive leadership training program, mentorship, and a clear path toward General Manager, with ongoing development and performance evaluations to support your career growth.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilidades

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates.
• Achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in leadership development and training toward GM readiness.
