Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager in Newberg, OR to lead a single Panda Express location, drive financial results, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll receive extensive leadership training and mentorship as part of our GM development path.

The role includes a 12+ week leadership training program, promotions upon successful completion, and ongoing career development within a values-driven organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure guest experiences.
