Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail store management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand and drive store profitability through service.
• Proven ability to set standards and hold team members accountable.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, training, and developing leaders.
• Financial acumen, strategic planning skills, and change leadership capability

Responsibilities

• Develop and achieve short- and long-term retail plans.
• Manage and delegate priorities to Sales Managers and Shop Service Managers.
