Venture Valley seeks a Store Manager for our Colorado Springs, CO location, a full-time role overseeing daily store operations and customer satisfaction. Salary is negotiable, with benefits discussed.

You will manage inventory, staff schedules, and sales targets, opening/closing the store, resolving customer issues, and coordinating with suppliers. The team consists of 15–20 employees in a bustling outdoor-gear retail setting.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of retail management experience.
• Experience in outdoor gear or apparel is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team of associates.
• Maintain inventory levels, order stock, and monitor sales performance.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
