Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Store Manager for Scotchman locations in Wilmington, NC. Lead operations, drive store performance, and motivate a team to deliver outstanding customer service.

Open availability required; you will manage 8-15 associates across shifts, cover any shift, and mentor staff while controlling costs and maintaining safety standards. This hourly role includes a base pay with bonuses, weekly pay, and benefits; only candidates with a valid driver’s license and reliable

Qualifications

• Open availability with ability to work any shift as needed.
• Retail or food management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, integrity and decisiveness required.
• Lead by example in all aspects of store operations.
• Minimum age 21+ and valid food safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Be the go-to person for coverage; work days and other shifts as needed.
• Run register, stock, upsell, maintain cleanliness and pumps.
• Coach staff to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions.
• Recruit, hire, train new team members and manage growth.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, merchandising.
• Handle banking/cash deposits with valid driver's license and transportation.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Control expenses and labor hours while achieving sales goals.
• Execute company programs and marketing initiatives.
• Willing to cross-train and manage deli/QSR operations when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
