Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Store Manager in North Carolina to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and supervise a team of 8–15 associates across shifts. You will manage inventory, banking, merchandising, and promotions while upholding safety and customer service standards.

The role requires open availability, willingness to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a commitment to leading by example in all store activities. Competitive pay with bonuses.

Qualifications

Must have strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Retail or food management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
Lead and inspire a team across all shifts (8-15 employees).
Be available for any shift, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
Run register, stock, upsell, clean facilities, and maintain lot and pumps.
Coach staff to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions.
Recruit, hire, and train new team members, focusing on growth and teamwork.
Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
Handle banking and cash deposits with valid license and insurance.
