Responsabilidades

• Drive performance of a high-volume store, meet KPIs like conversion, ATV, UPT.
• Build, coach and inspire a Polly-loving team.
• Oversee stock flow, replenishment and sell-through for availability.
• Deliver VM and presentation standards that are iconic and on-brand.
• Manage recruiting, payroll control and scheduling to balance experience and business.
• Ensure compliance, reporting, cash handling and loss prevention.
• Partner with Retail Leadership and HQ to execute campaigns in-store.
• Celebrate wins and keep shifts engaging for the team.
