Princess Polly stores are on the lookout for an experienced Store Manager to lead our new Jacksonville location. You will own the sale floor, coach a high-energy team and deliver memorable customer experiences that reflect our Polly lifestyle.

Your leadership will ensure the store looks iconic, runs smoothly, and meets performance targets. You will drive KPI performance, manage stock flow, and execute visual merchandising to bring campaigns to life.

Qualifications

• Senior store management experience in a high-volume retail environment.
• Proven ability to drive KPIs such as conversion, ATV and UPT.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to develop talent and build high-performing teams.
• Solid visual merchandising capability and ability to bring campaigns and product stories to life in-store.
• Experience managing payroll, scheduling and team performance.
• Hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and leads from the front.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front to create unforgettable in-store customer experiences.
• Drive performance of a high-energy store and achieve KPIs.
• Build, coach and inspire a team that lives and breathes Polly.
• Oversee stock flow, replenishment and sell-through to maximize availability.
• Deliver iconic visual merchandising and in-store presentation aligned with brand.
• Manage recruiting, payroll control and scheduling to balance service and performance.
• Ensure compliance, reporting, cash handling and loss prevention.
• Partner with Retail Leadership and HQ to implement campaigns and activations in-store.
• Celebrate wins and maintain high team energy on every shift.
