Princess Polly is opening a new store in December 2026 and seeks a Store Manager to lead the sales floor, deliver memorable customer experiences, and coach a passionate team that brings the Polly brand to life on the shop floor in Edina, MN.

You will oversee store operations, stock flow, visual merchandising, and hiring, while driving key metrics and creating a vibrant, inclusive environment that reflects our fashion-forward culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a high-volume store.
• Ability to create unforgettable in-store experiences.
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles.
• Experience coaching and developing team talent.
• Hands-on leadership style with high energy in fast-paced environments.
• Comfort with lifting and carrying boxes up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front to create a memorable customer experience.
• Drive sales KPIs like conversion, ATV, and UPT in a high-volume store.
• Build and inspire a Polly-ready team.
• Oversee stock flow, replenishment and sell-through for availability.
• Deliver iconic, on-brand visual merchandising and presentation.
• Handle recruiting, payroll, scheduling, and compliance with accuracy.
