Job summary

Youngstown Area Goodwill Industries, Inc. is seeking a Retail Store Manager for the New Castle, PA location to lead all store operations and drive sales while ensuring exceptional customer service.

This leadership role will oversee staff, merchandising, and daily activities to support the community’s employment initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and experience with POS

Youngstown Area Goodwill Industries, Inc. is hiring a Retail Store Manager to oversee all operations of ourNew Castle, PA, retail store. This is a leadership role responsible for driving sales, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting Goodwill’s mission of creating employment opportunities in our community.

What You’ll Do

As the Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the store, including:
