Job summary

Music & Arts is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Itasca, IL to run day-to-day sales and store operations while delivering excellent customer service.

You will coach the sales team, manage inventory and payroll, hire and train staff, and ensure products are available and well-displayed. The role also includes promoting the Music & Arts lesson program and supporting teachers. The role offers $19.00–$21.00 per hour plus bonus depending on location and experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach and lead Sales team to meet sales objectives.
• Monitor inventory, pricing, and display compliance.
• Oversee payroll, recruiting, hiring and training.
• Execute daily store operations for assigned accounts.
• Promote Music & Arts lesson program and support teachers.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to every customer.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
