Job summary

Goodwill Kentucky is seeking a high-energy Store Manager to oversee all store operations in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional customer service while leading a team. Pay is $50,000 with full-time, exempt status and a schedule of 9:00 AM–9:00 PM, Monday through Sunday.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred), 1–3 years of management experience, and the ability to travel to other locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of management/supervisory experience.
• Retail, logistics, warehouse, or related experience is a plus.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Travel to other locations beyond the assigned work location is required.

Responsibilities

• Improve operational processes and workflows in collaboration with the senior store manager.
• Manage store expenses and payroll to optimize business results.
• Focus staff on loss prevention priorities and safety awareness.
• Foster a positive shopping experience by following company guidelines.
• Train, develop, and manage a team of associates and assistant managers.
• Make hiring decisions following the company hiring process.
• Coach all associates toward achieving sales goals with focus on key metrics.
• Develop a culture aligned with the company mission, vision, and values.
