Diesel King of Prussia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to own store results, driving sales and profitability while bringing the brand identity to life in every client interaction.

This role leads all aspects of performance, including team leadership, operations, client development, visual standards, and policy compliance, partnering with HQ and regional teams to execute initiatives and grow local market presence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail management or related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Experience in retail, luxury retail or service-oriented organization preferred.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and early/late shifts as needed.
• Leadership and ability to have difficult conversations.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by supporting the team in achieving individual and store sales targets.
• Deliver an elevated, personalized luxury experience to high-net-worth clientele.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through CRM strategies and personalized follow-ups.
• Ensure the team delivers superior product knowledge and exceptional client service.
• Communicate and track store sales and KPI’s providing context and rationale for business sales results.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to ensure a motivated and engaged team.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency in inventory management, cash handling, and stock replenishment.
• Uphold luxury brand standards through visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and loss prevention measures.
• Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify areas of improvement and drive business growth.
• Assist the Store Manager in executing marketing and promotional strategies.
• Develop and implement initiatives to increase foot traffic and client loyalty.
