Retail for the People is seeking a Store Manager for a Fall Pop-Up, a luxury women’s fashion experience. You will lead a small team, coach clienteling, and own the store’s performance, operations, and presentation while embodying the brand’s joyful energy.

The ideal candidate is a warm, decisive leader with retail leadership experience, strong communication, and a knack for visual storytelling. Flexibility for weekends/evenings and opening/closing shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team in luxury or premium fashion.
• Proven ability to coach clienteling and service standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable managing scheduling, inventory, and day-to-day store ops.

Responsibilities

• Recruit input, onboard, and train team members to represent the brand.
• Coach the team on clienteling, styling, and service standards on the floor.
• Build and manage staff schedules for consistent coverage and energy.
• Motivate and support the team, fostering a positive working environment.
• Own store operations end-to-end: opening/closing, inventory, stock, and back-of-house.
