Qualifications

• 4+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Strong leadership ability.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash register and cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Experience in recruiting top talent to meet the needs of the business and retain talent that will contribute to sales growth.
• Promotes a store culture of consistent coaching and delivering feedback to develop and maintain a high performing team, while achieving individual sales goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales by styling and fitting each customer based on their needs.
• Build business and client relationships through in-store events and repetitive client outreach.
• Manage the annual performance review process and provide ongoing feedback to team members.
