Job summary

Marc Jacobs International seeks a Store Manager to lead its Southdale location in Edina, Minnesota. You will oversee daily operations, guide the team, manage merchandise and drive sales results while upholding loss prevention and HR standards.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will develop the clienteling culture, partner with visual merchandising and HR, and ensure excellent client experiences through coaching, scheduling, and events.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ retail experience.
• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience managing others.
• Proven record of motivating, developing, and coaching team members.
• Strong analytical skills - ability to analyze retail KPI’s and on-floor behaviors.
• Ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and react quickly to the needs of the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Implement a culture that leverages on all KPIs.
• Analyze sales figures and KPIs using available data to understand performance and opportunities.
• Deliver excellence; strive to exceed the expectations of clients.
• Drive the team to embrace a clienteling culture and build long-term client relationships.
• Ensure development, implementation, and execution of CRM initiatives with action plans.
• Promote brand awareness and establish market/store presence through community engagement and events.
• Develop, train, and motivate associates to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and HR-related actions.
• Manage day-to-day operations to meet KPIs and P&L expectations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, shrink, and budgets; implement improvements.
