Job summary

Marc Jacobs International seeks a Store Manager for the Southdale location in Edina, Minnesota. You will lead daily store operations, manage the team, merchandise, and sales results while reporting to the Regional Manager.

You will ensure loss prevention, HR management, and visual merchandising standards are met, delivering inclusive client experiences and driving commercial success. You will recruit, train, coach, and motivate associates, schedule staff, and partner with HR and the Regional

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience managing others within a customer service environment required.
• Proven record of motivating, developing, and coaching team members.
• Strong analytical skills - ability to analyze retail KPI’s and on-floor behaviors.
• Ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and react quickly to the needs of the business.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills.
• Passion for the Marc Jacobs brand and product offering.
• Passionate about the customer experience.
