Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will manage HR, loss prevention and CRM initiatives to drive business results. Exemplary leadership, strong analytics, and a passion for high-service retail are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in retail with leadership experience
• Proven ability to motivate and coach teams
• Strong analytical skills to review KPI data and selling reports
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to meet or exceed sales targets
• Drive clienteling culture and long-term client relationships
• Oversee HR tasks, onboarding and development plans
• Ensure loss prevention, inventory accuracy and merchandising standards
• Coordinate with Visual Merchandising and Regional Manager on store initiatives
