Qualifications

• 2+ years of management and customer service experience in retail.
• Willing to work with jewelry, tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations).
• Ability to supervise staff and recruit talent.
• Must meet flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers professionally.
• Monitor and assist in staff training to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent via prescribed channels.
• Open/close store and handle cash, protecting assets.
• Ensure asset protection through inventory control and loan management.
• Manage store operations and reporting across systems and merchandising.
• Drive profitability by communicating goals and budgeting.
• Meet FirstCash operating standards and loan procedures.
