Job summary

Crosby’s Stores is seeking a Team Leader to oversee daily store operations in a fast-paced environment. You will lead and develop staff, schedule shifts, and drive sales while ensuring exceptional customer experiences and strict store standards.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, inventory control, cash handling, and maintaining safety and compliance. The role requires 46+ hours weekly and availability for all shifts.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of fast food/retail management experience.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation for position requirements (e.g., meetings, banking).
• Serve Safe certification, preferred.
• Ability to utilize basic business math and accounting skills, computer skills and strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Possess strong supervisory and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work all shifts - weekends and holidays based on business needs; this position requires a minimum of 46 hours per week.
