Crosby’s is seeking a Team Leader to oversee daily store operations in Pennsylvania. This hands-on leadership role focuses on people, performance, and profitability while creating a welcoming, high-energy environment for customers and team members.

You will recruit, hire, train, and develop staff, create schedules, coach and mentor, and drive sales and operational excellence across inventory, costs, and finance reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of fast food/retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Serve Safe certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work all shifts; minimum 46 hours per week.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of fast food/retail management experience
• Valid Driver’s license
• Reliable transportation for position requirements (e.g., meetings, banking)
• Serve Safe certification, preferred
• Ability to utilize basic business math and accounting skills, computer skills and strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Possess strong supervisory and organizational skills
• Must be able to work all shifts - weekends and holidays based on business needs; this position requires a minimum of 46 hours per week
