Acima is hiring a Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations at one of our retail partner stores in Virginia. You will drive revenue, oversee staff, and ensure excellent customer service while maximizing profitability and efficiency.

The role requires a strong leader who can train and motivate a team, manage inventory, and promote Acima’s leasing services. Compensation includes salary plus potential bonus; full-time, on-site position with varied hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and high school diploma or GED.
• Proven track record in retail sales management.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory/merchandising systems.
• Familiarity with rental or leasing practices is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily store operations and supervise associates to meet sales goals.
• Coach and develop coworkers; recruit and promote top performers.
• Drive sales growth through customer service, promotions, and store initiatives.
• Manage partnerships with store staff and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Explain lease terms and delivery protocols to customers; address overdue accounts.
