Job summary

Acima is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations at a retail partner location in Winchester, VA. You will maximize store revenue and profits through effective leadership, training, and process improvements while meeting sales goals.

You will supervise coworkers, coach performance, educate customers on leasing options, and ensure exceptional service. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven track record in retail sales management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the work of all store coworkers on a day-to-day basis.
• Motivate, coach, and counsel store coworkers and enforce company policies.
• Develop coworkers for promotion to Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
• Establish partnerships with store personnel to generate referrals and educate on the rental/lease process.
• Train, supervise, and assess dedication to exceptional customer service.
• Educate customers on lease terms and financing options and ensure timely payments.
