Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Port Huron, MI. You will oversee a single store, hire and direct staff, and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

New hires embark on a 12+ week leadership training path, advancing toward General Manager after completing required trainings and evaluations, with ongoing career development and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• External hires begin their Panda leadership journey as Store Managers as part of our GM development path; promotes to GM after training and evaluations.
