You will lead the team toward financial goals while delivering outstanding service, and you’ll undergo an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success.

We value flexibility to work within a 50-mile radius, weekend availability, and a strong Food Safety culture evidenced by Serve Safe certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
