Panda Restaurant Group in Santa Fe, NM, is seeking an experienced Store Manager to run a single Panda Express store and lead a team to achieve financial goals and outstanding guest experiences.

You will participate in a structured leadership training program lasting 12+ weeks, with a clear pathway toward a General Manager role, backed by Panda's supportive culture and development resources.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Preparing for future General Manager via the development path and a GM certification track with leadership training.
• Lead store team through training, coaching and execution to meet Panda's standards and guest expectations.
