Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the operation of a single Panda Express location in Longmont, CO. You will hire, guide, and motivate associates to meet financial goals while delivering outstanding guest experiences and upholding Panda’s standards.

External hires begin with a leadership development path designed to prepare you for future General Manager responsibilities. Training lasts 12+ weeks, followed by evaluations and a GM certification course (GO100).

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be willing to relocate within 50 miles.
• Flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including hiring, supervising, and directing staff.
• Achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and develop team through training and performance management.
