Selected candidate will participate in an 8+ week Store Management Leadership Training program and join a supportive Panda community focused on your success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, training, guiding and supervising associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead a team to ensure fast, friendly service and high-quality food, while controlling costs and maintaining safety standards.
