Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager to run a single Panda Express store and drive financial performance and guest satisfaction. You will hire, coach, and lead a team, delivering exceptional dining experiences while managing operations within Panda’s standards.

We offer an 8+ week leadership training program and mentorship from a supportive Panda community to help you succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work within a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store and lead staff to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Hire, train, and direct associates to ensure efficient store performance.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and safety regulations.
• Lead the 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
