Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for Panda Express to lead a single location and drive profitability while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will hire and direct store staff, manage operations, and contribute to a positive team culture.

The role includes an 8+ week leadership training program and the flexibility to adapt to a dynamic retail environment with varied shifts and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
