Panda Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager in Fort Worth, TX to lead a single Panda Express location, hire and supervise team members, drive financial performance, and ensure guests receive outstanding service.

We offer an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program with mentorship from the Panda community to support your success. Flexibility for varied shifts and willingness to relocate within 50 miles are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be able to move to a store within a 50 mile radius.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and drive financial performance.
• Hire, train, and supervise store associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead scheduling and ensure coverage for opening/closing, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
