Job summary

Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, is seeking a Store Manager in North Charleston, SC to lead a single location, hire and guide teams, and drive guest satisfaction and financial results.

You’ll complete an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program with mentorship and strong support from the Panda community to help you grow professionally while delivering outstanding dining experiences.

Flexibility to work opening/closing shifts and holidays, with relocation within 50 miles if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to hit financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
