Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single store in Moncks Corner, SC. You will hire, supervise and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences, with a focus on leadership and teamwork.

A 3+ week store leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success. Qualifications include a high school diploma, flexibility to relocate within 50 miles, ability to work opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays, and Serve Safe

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience targets.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the store team to drive success and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a store leadership training program lasting 3+ weeks to prepare for success.
